Share The Care and Zweena Health Partner to Improve the Family Caregiving Process

August 20, 2014 by

We are excited to announce a partnership with Share The Care, a not-for-profit organization. They are educating the caregiving community about the effectiveness of a “family” caregiving model.

This partnership will give caregivers strategic and technical tools to ease their individual burden. With the right tools in place, the result will improve the family caregiving process.

“People don’t want to think about caregiving as much until they are in it. Our focus is to educate people that caregiving training should happen now, teaching people how they should help each other so one person isn’t overwhelmed.” ~Share The Care Founder and President Sheila Warnock

Zweena gives caregivers peace amidst the chaos, allowing them to focus on what matters: caring for someone. This online health record tool replaces the old-fashioned “medical binder.”

The Zweena platform allows caregivers to store patient information online in a secure environment. With this, families, care teams and physicians can view vital information with a click of a button.

“Our companies align on empowering individuals throughout the healthcare process. It’s our goal to help caregivers and have them focus more on what matters, their patients, than managing paperwork or tracking down health files.” ~Zweena Health Founder and CEO John Phelan

We are happy with the opportunity to partner with such a well respected non-profit in the caregiving community. Their vision to shift individual-based caregiving to a cost-effective and supportive alternative is admirable. We couldn’t be happier to call them a partner today.
